Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to all incoming leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Actively listen to clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and timelines.
- Engage with clients to gather necessary information and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home evaluations based on the client's availability and preferences.
- Enter all lead details, interactions, and appointments accurately into the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
- Manage follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the real estate process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide the necessary support for successful conversions.
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends, inventory, and the competitive landscape to better serve customers.
- Continuously improve lead management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one year of experience in cold calling or lead management.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Must have reliable internet access, electricity, and a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and relevant tools.
