The attorney will handle court appearances, draft pleadings, manage civil and commercial litigation, and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel, while developing professionally within our growing practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing law.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience handling landlord-tenant matters is desirable.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, including court appearances, motions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
• Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Independently manage assigned matters, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
