Qualifications

• 3+ years of transactional real estate experience.
• Active NJ Bar admission.
• Ability to manage deals from acquisition to leasing and financing.

Responsabilités

• Redevelopment & Land Use (50%): secure land use approvals and navigate NJ redevelopment processes.
• Real Estate Transactional (50%): represent owners and developers in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of properties.
• Practice Focus: strictly transactional and regulatory work with no litigation.
