Job summary

Fried Frank is seeking a Knowledge & Innovation Attorney for the Real Estate practice in New York. You will drive evaluation, piloting, procurement, and deployment of new legal technology solutions, and lead substantive trainings on AI tools for the group.

Under the Director of Knowledge Innovation, you will design and maintain efficient knowledge management systems, provide guidance on data considerations, and promote best practices to increase efficiency and compliance across the Real Estate

Qualifications

• J.D.-qualified with at least 5 years of commercial real estate legal experience.
• Experience in legal technology evaluation, AI tool deployment, knowledge management, or process innovation preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to translate complex concepts for attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise Real Estate attorneys and paralegals on AI tools, data considerations, and client restrictions.
• Design and maintain knowledge management systems, precedents, and standard forms for the Real Estate practice.
• Lead trainings on new legal technology and AI solutions for the Real Estate group.
• Collaborate with Practice Group Management and Legal Solutions & Engineering to deploy practice solutions.
