Job summary
Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate offers rising juniors and seniors a Summer Internship Program across multiple investment functions, including Investor Relations and Investor Coverage. Interns will support fundraising activities, manage investor relations tasks, and gain hands-on exposure to both existing and prospective partners.
Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate and will graduate Spring 2028, with strong Excel skills, real estate knowledge,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate; graduating Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of real estate investments and research.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Assist in completing Due Diligence Questionnaires, RFPs, and ad-hoc requests to current and potential LPs.
- Assist in investor communications during diligence and ongoing queries between investors and CHC.
- Coordinate presentations and meetings with investors.
- Support fundraising for new vehicles.
- Track investor opportunities and outreach in Salesforce.
- Prepare fund/venture marketing pitchbooks and Private Placement Memorandums.
- Work with Legal, Fund Management and Compliance to execute fund closings.
- Conduct real estate industry research for presentations and investor questions.
- Conduct investor market research to assist fundraising.
