Job summary

RFP Homes LLC is seeking an Investor Advisor to guide real estate investors through acquiring off-market and distressed properties in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You’ll convert inbound and outbound leads into live deals, manage investor relationships through the acquisition process, and input activity in Salesforce to support inventory decisions. A Texas real estate license and CRM skills are preferred, with 100% commission-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in general sales, real estate, or client relationship management roles.
• Active Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• CRM software experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospected and inbound leads into live deals and maintain relationships throughout acquisition.
• Daily updating and input in Salesforce CRM, logging contacts and presented deals to assist decisions.
