Broekema Group is seeking a Vice President of Investment to join its Investments and Portfolio Management team in Denver. The role focuses on underwriting, portfolio strategy, and client advisory for institutional real estate investments, including complex data analysis and reporting to Investment Committees.

The position requires 9+ years in CRE underwriting/valuation, advanced Excel modeling, and supervisory experience.

Formación

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years CRE underwriting and valuation experience.
Advanced Excel modeling skills, including complex waterfall structures.
Experience supervising junior staff and leading investment analyses.

Responsabilidades

Underwrite new institutional real estate equity investments with DCF modeling and complex waterfall structures.
Analyze opportunities across joint ventures, separate accounts, operating companies, and commingled funds.
Lead investment partner diligence through track record review and management interviews.
Monitor portfolio performance through hold/sell analysis, budget and capital plan review, restructuring, and appraisal oversight.
Track market trends and produce investment-grade reports and client presentations.
