Kayne Anderson Real Estate is seeking an Investments Associate in Boca Raton, FL to support underwriting, structuring, and modeling across acquisitions, developments, asset management, and dispositions. The role offers exposure to multiple asset classes and significant interaction with senior team members.

The ideal candidate has a strong real estate underwriting skill set, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Argus and market databases is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Real Estate/Economics or equivalent
• 3–5 years financial experience with strong analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Masters in Real Estate or Finance preferred
• Based in Boca Raton, FL office

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and model acquisitions, developments, asset management, and dispositions.
• Research market data to support underwriting assumptions.
• Prepare Investment Committee Memorandums.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate closing with internal/external teams.
