Blayze Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to support underwriting, acquisitions, and portfolio performance through a strong mix of financial modeling and data analytics. The role sits close to leadership and informs investment decisions through data.

You will build and refine underwriting assumptions, develop financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, CAP Rates), and analyze market trends to drive investment strategy in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in financial analysis or modeling.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (real estate preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Python (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Underwrite investment properties, including rental rates, valuation, and capital requirements.
• Build and refine underwriting assumptions across potential investments.
• Develop financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, Cap Rates, Yield on Cost).
• Conduct and interpret real estate market analysis and surveys.
• Track performance and economic indicators across new acquisitions.
• Support due diligence processes and investment evaluations.
• Analyze existing assets and provide reporting on investment activity.
• Recommend improvements to investment and asset management processes; monitor financial and operational performance.
• Adjust rental pricing based on market conditions and internal data.
