Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or market research preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to track portfolio performance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and content development workflows.
• Assist in NOI variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Support development of property-level business plans with data-driven insights.
