Job summary

DivcoWest is seeking an Associate to support the Investment Team, primarily focusing on Asset Management functions. You will perform financial analyses, develop business plans, and assist in due diligence for potential investments in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities include preparing investor materials, valuing assets quarterly, and building models with Argus and Excel. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in investment or asset management.
• Strong financial modeling and understanding of real estate products and partnerships.
• Excellent Excel, Word, Argus, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and writing skills.
• Self-managed with initiative and ability to work across teams.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual investor and senior management reporting.
• Support asset valuation processes with analytics teams and consultants.
• Provide status reports and ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Evaluate new investments and build financial models using Argus Enterprise and Excel.
• Draft investment memoranda and assist with strategic business plans for assets.
• Contribute to due diligence on acquisitions, leases, and financings.
