Brown & Brown Insurance in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Real Estate Account Manager to serve as trusted advisor to clients within our real estate practice, delivering consultative risk management guidance and managing a portfolio of middle-market accounts.

You will work with producers, carriers, underwriters and our internal specialty distribution program in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and mentor Assistant Account Managers to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, focused on real estate accounts.
• Experience with middle-market commercial real estate programs a plus.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Providing consultative risk management guidance for real estate accounts.
• Managing renewal processes, applications, underwriting data, and marketing information.
• Maintaining system records of service, marketing, and policy communications in Applied Epic.
• Collaborating with producers, carriers, underwriters, and internal specialists to round out client relationships.
• Mentoring Assistant Account Managers to uphold service standards and accuracy.
