Job summary

Brown & Brown in Philadelphia is seeking a Real Estate Account Manager to join our growing team in a hybrid role. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients within Brown & Brown’s real estate practice, providing consultative risk management guidance and collaborating with producers, carriers, and underwriters.

The position requires experience in Commercial Lines, especially real estate-related accounts, and a proactive approach to client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, preferably managing middle-market real estate accounts.
• Proficient in insurance agency management systems; Applied Epic experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners to deliver quality service.
• Provide risk management guidance tailored to real estate clients and round out client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of service, marketing, and policy communications in Applied Epic.
• Assist in renewal retention by coordinating with producers and clients on applications and underwriting data.
• Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate policy terms and coverage levels.
