Job summary

Colliers’ Institutional Equity Advisory team in Los Angeles (and San Diego) seeks a Production Analyst to support cash flow modeling, underwriting, and investor materials across nationwide equity raises for multifamily projects.

You will build development budgets, JV structures, and market summaries while coordinating with sponsors, investors, and Colliers professionals to move opportunities from engagement through closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years post-grad experience in investment banking, consulting, or principal investing preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; cash flow modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build institutional cash flow models for development, value-add, and stabilized assets.
• Model JV structures, waterfalls, preferred returns, fees, and co-investment terms.
• Prepare investor materials and assist with sponsor pitch books and LOIs.
• Coordinate with sponsors, investors, and Colliers teams to move transactions to closing.
• Maintain investor databases, pipelines, and deal files with accuracy.
