Job summary

Colliers, a leading commercial real estate services firm, seeks a Production Analyst to support the Institutional Equity Advisory team in nationwide capital formation for multifamily and other assets. You will build models, assist with investor outreach, and help manage the equity-raise process from sponsor pitch to closing.

The role focuses on rigorous cash flow analysis, market research, and collaboration with colleagues across debt, investment sales, and capital markets to move opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years post-graduate experience in investment banking, management consulting, or principal investing preferred; CRE experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and cash flow modeling; building real estate pro formas and JV waterfall models from scratch.
• Familiarity with real estate data tools such as CoStar, Yardi Matrix, and Argus is a plus.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain institutional-quality cash flow models for development, value-add, and stabilized assets.
• Model joint venture structures, waterfalls, and preferred returns; compare investor proposals.
• Prepare investor materials including offering memoranda, teasers, executive summaries, and sponsor pitch books.
• Support equity raises by building target investor lists, managing data rooms, tracking outreach, and summarizing term sheets.
