Job summary

The Reynolds Team at Compass is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to generate opportunities through high-volume prospecting, including expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, and re-engagement of a prospect database. This is an in-person role based in Vero Beach, FL.

You will start conversations, build rapport, uncover motivation, and navigate objections to turn qualified opportunities into appointments for the sales team.

• Comfort with high-volume prospecting and lead nurturing.
