Lincoln Property Company is seeking a GP Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and quarterly reporting for upper-tier entities within a national real estate platform. The role involves coordinating with capital markets, asset management, and leadership across development, predevelopment, and operating stages.

You will prepare accruals, reconciliations, and capital activity records, with emphasis on accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate and/or partnership accounting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across a portfolio of assigned entities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review monthly accruals and journal entries, and monitor cash flow to support critical payments.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly financial reports for assigned upper-tier investments.
• Maintain partner and investor capital account records, including contributions, distributions, and allocations.
• Support the annual tax compliance process.
• Coordinate quarterly capital calls with capital markets to ensure sufficient funding.
• Support distribution calculations in coordination with capital markets and asset management.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, regional accounting, development, and capital markets teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
