Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate or partnership accounting helpful.
• MRI or similar real estate accounting systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly accruals and journal entries; monitor cash flow for critical payments.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly financial reports for assigned upper-tier investments.
• Maintain partner and investor capital account records (contributions, distributions, allocations).
• Support the annual tax compliance process.
