Responsabilidades

• Administer and support commercial finance and real estate transactional closings, including complex acquisitions, dispositions and secured lending transactions.
• Prepare and review deed packages, surveys, title documents/curatives, loan documentation, UCC financing statements and lien searches.
• Create closing checklists and coordinate with title companies on policies and endorsements.
