Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a workload that meets billable-hour and timekeeping requirements across offices when appropriate.
• Record time and activities daily per firm procedures and outside-counsel requirements.
• Prepare routine correspondence, internal memoranda, forms, and simple legal documents using firm templates.
• Conduct basic document reviews and organize materials chronologically or alphabetically.
• Assist with preparation of discovery, litigation, and trial materials as assigned.
• Retrieve and organize information from electronic legal resources and databases.
