Job summary

Healthcare Realty is seeking a Manager - Real Estate Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for a national portfolio of medically office buildings (MOBs). This role collaborates with the VP Real Estate Finance, Finance Managers, and other finance colleagues to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights that improve portfolio performance.

The position is full-time and in-office at our Nashville headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years FP&A or real estate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience with property budgets and forecasting preferred.
• MRI/Power BI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic reforecasts for a national MOB portfolio.
• Maintain property-level models and forecast tools.
• Analyze results vs. budget to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for senior leadership.
• Support special projects and data quality improvements.
