Job summary

Healthcare Realty is seeking a Manager - Real Estate Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for a national MOB portfolio. You will work closely with senior finance leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable insights for portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, technically proficient, and capable of owning projects from inception to completion, with strong communication to both finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years FP&A or real estate finance experience preferred.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and related financial activities.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability.
• Experience with MRI, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reforecasts for a national MOB portfolio.
• Maintain property-level financial models and ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Analyze variances and identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop recurring analyses and reporting tools for portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Accounting to validate assumptions.
