Job summary
OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Financial/Data Analyst to provide financial, data analytics, and business intelligence support for federal real estate programs. The Analyst will develop pro forma models, evaluate development, leasing, operating expenses, and capital improvements to support decision-making.
The role requires strong Excel and financial modeling skills, experience with data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of related professional experience in financial analysis or real estate.
- Demonstrated experience supporting real estate programs and building pro forma financial models.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling, including scenario analysis and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Support federal real estate programs, transactions, leasing activities, and asset management.
- Develop, modify, and analyze real estate pro forma models for various investments.
- Build financial models incorporating costs, financing, operating expenses, capex, and vacancy.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risks and outcomes.
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations for performance.
