Job summary

Dwight Capital LLC is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to manage entity structures, legal operations, and closing support across our real estate finance platform. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will collaborate with internal deal teams, outside counsel, title companies, and lenders.

The ideal candidate has strong transactional real estate experience, excellent organization, and a proven track record of handling high-volume closings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1–5 years of paralegal experience in real estate/finance.
• Experience with entity/matter management platforms and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate organization and entity management across jurisdictions.
• Prepare formation docs, LLC/LP agreements, and amendments.
• Maintain governance records and ownership ledgers.
• Manage matter intake, tracker, and closing calendars.
• Coordinate signature packets, closing checklists, and diligence.
• Administer outside counsel engagements and billing processes.
