You will work on sophisticated matters, interact with clients directly, and collaborate with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders, taking ownership of matters and contributing to the firm's growth.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience handling acquisitions, sales, lending, and leasing matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Advise on real estate lending and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leasing agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
