Job summary
CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a proactive Associate Attorney with Real Estate & Finance experience to support origination, underwriting and execution of complex real estate and financing transactions.
The candidate will collaborate with originators, lenders, developers, and private equity partners to analyze opportunities and structure debt and equity solutions across commercial and residential assets. The role requires strong financial modeling/underwriting skills, familiarity with CMBS,
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, commercial lending, private equity, or acquisitions.
- Strong writing, analytical, and negotiation skills are required.
- Experience reviewing loan documents, purchase agreements, and closing docs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite, structure, and execute real estate and finance transactions across commercial and residential asset classes.
- Build cash flow and debt-service models (Excel/Argus) to evaluate loan structures and returns.
- Prepare investment memos, lender packages, term sheets, and client presentations.
