Duties

• Conduct loan origination for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity.
• Manage asset management and workout matters related to real estate finance.
• Oversee transactions from inception to closing, including post-closing processes.
• Handle secondary market repurchase facilities and develop exit strategies.
• Contribute to the growth and development of a national real estate finance practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance law.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and execute complex transactions.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of intended practice.
