Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Group (REIG) oversees a substantial portfolio across the U.S. The role supports finance and reporting functions for MSIM and Eaton Vance affiliates, involving monthly/quarterly packages and property-level financing activities.

Ideal candidates have a Finance or Real Estate background with 0–2 years of experience, Excel modeling skills, and strong analytical abilities, with CPA/CFA being a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate or related field.
• Working toward or having a CPA or CFA is a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to create financial reports and analyses
• Systems-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with databases
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages and analyses.
• Assist on fund and real estate financing activities (fund credit facilities and property level mortgage debt).
• Assist with preparation and submission of real estate mortgage lender reporting.
• Assist with financial reporting, insurance, and cash management functions.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, financial modeling, and projects for REIG leadership
