Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the financial and strategic management of our real estate portfolio. You will perform in-depth analysis, prepare reports, and partner with multiple departments to drive asset performance.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Real Estate, 2–4 years in finance, and experience with commercial real estate. Proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise is desirable; Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a finance-related role.
Experience in commercial real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

Support financial and strategic management of real estate portfolio through analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with Leadership Team to drive property performance and data-driven decisions.
Monitor monthly and annual results and provide variance analysis.
Prepare and present business reviews for high priority assets.
Review annual operating budgets and analyze variances.
Assist with external client deal term submittals and leasing metrics.
