Job summary

Northwest Title is seeking an Escrow Processor/Notary Closer in Ohio. The role involves conducting notary closings, coordinating multi-party communications, and supporting real estate transaction processing. Training is available for the right candidate to obtain an Ohio notary.

A positive, professional demeanor and strong writing are valued. Preferred candidates have at least one year in a similar real estate title role and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a real estate title company.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating communication across multiple channels and people.
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly but accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct notary closings (training provided for the right candidate).
• Coordinate communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers and others to prepare for closing.
• Support clients and the team with administrative tasks in real estate transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and lenders to support business growth.
