The associate will work closely with the senior analyst to develop and market all equity research products. The role requires strong analytical / critical thinking skills, a passion for the stock market, keen attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.The work environment involves collaboration, co-ordination and a shared knowledge base with the analyst and rest of the team but equally values independence, initiative, idea generation and a sense of ownership for the work.Ideal Candidate:Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of equity research or real estate finance experience, is fully licensed, and is interested in joining an established REIT team with coverage of over 80 companies. The person has a strong financial background and a desire to help create, launch, and support new research. Strong accounting and finance skills, a passion for real estate and the stock market and the ability to work on a fast-paced equity research team are critical.
