Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Familiarity with real estate investment, transaction, due diligence and property operations concepts.
• Basic knowledge of standard accounting practices.
• Intermediate level computer technology skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent, detail‑intensive work with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction timelines, critical dates, deliverables and dependencies.
• Lead collection, review and evaluation of due diligence materials.
• Coordinate property onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate due diligence with third‑party providers and stakeholders.
• Analyze property data and financial statements to develop due diligence reports.
• Interpret service contracts and permits to assess risk.
• Oversee utility and telecom service transitions with stakeholders.
• Manage utility benchmarking enrollment per regulations.
• Collaborate across departments to support closing readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
