Pay Range: $65,000 + Bonus The Due Diligence Strategist plays a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of real estate investments by managing and coordinating due diligence activities across acquisitions, dispositions, management transitions, new construction, and refinance. Workload is transaction‑driven and fluctuates based on business activity, with multiple transactions often progressing through different stages simultaneously. The Strategist must be comfortable adapting to changing volumes and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting transaction deadlines. This role combines critical thinking, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration to identify risks, surface opportunities, and support successful transaction and operational outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree in field or related area, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Familiarity with real estate investment, transaction, due diligence, and property operational concepts, practices, and procedures. Basic knowledge of standard accounting practices and procedures Intermediate level computer technology skills Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent, detail‑intensive work with competing priorities and firm deadlines.
Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary). Some overtime may be required and ability to work extended hours as needed to meet business needs.
