Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience including real estate, asset management and property management.
• Proficient with MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates real estate sale and acquisition transactions including due diligence and closings.
• Participates in multi-site acquisitions and divestments as a team member.
• Tracks development projects and supports senior management with updates.
