Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Real Estate Dispositions Specialist to join our growing team. Our Acquisitions team secures deals with sellers and hands them off to our Dispositions team, which you will be part of. In this role, you will oversee the entire dispositions process, managing relationships with assigned investors from initial contact to closing. You will be responsible for engaging real estate buyers/investors at every stage—negotiating offers, securing agreements, and ensuring smooth escrow closings. This position is crucial to our success, requiring strong sales skills, relationship management, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Investor Contact: Engage with property buyers/investors who inquire about a property. Provide details about the property, build rapport, gather their "buy box," get their initial offer price, etc.
  2. Coordination: Manage property access for buyers, often juggling multiple tours simultaneously. This requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to stay on top of every detail. Collaborate closely with our Acquisitions team and local walkthrough agents.
  3. Negotiation: Navigate and negotiate purchase terms with investors, handling various personalities and challenging situations. Be adaptable in negotiation styles, overcome objections, and secure deals. Aim to maximize the sale price.
  4. Relentless Deal-Making: Proactively reach out within our investor network, follow up, and find creative ways to match properties with buyers. Re-engage past investors and generate revenue through active deal-making.
  5. Consistent Communication: Act as the primary contact for buyers, providing regular updates, maintaining trust, and ensuring smooth processes. Coordinate effectively with team members.
  6. Use CRM and Tools: Utilize Monday.com as our CRM to track investor information and leads. Ensure accurate and prompt data entry to maintain efficiency.

About the Founders

At Kingdom Homes, you’ll work directly with founders Jordan Wise and Daniel Newman—industry leaders with expertise in real estate, technology, and scaling businesses. You will learn from their experience and gain insights into success at the highest levels.

  • Jordan Wise: A seasoned real estate expert, Jordan has flipped over 100 homes virtually, generating millions in profit, and owns a portfolio of properties. He is skilled in building and managing remote teams and has a background in construction and USC education.
  • Daniel Newman: Former Cofounder and CEO of Dandy, raised over $3.3 million, led a top 10 App Store app, and successfully exited after acquisition. He holds a real estate license and has experience wholesaling properties.

  • Top 1% in Follow-Up: Persistent in following up with buyers, making multiple calls and texts, managing hundreds of investors without letting any slip through.
  • Fanatical Attention to Detail: Meticulous in tracking every note and detail, ensuring nothing is missed.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: Earn 10% of profits on each deal, with on-target earnings of $70,000-$120,000 in the first year, with no earnings ceiling.
