We also occasionally renovate and sell properties ourselves.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Real Estate Dispositions Specialist to join our expanding team. You will oversee the entire dispositions process, managing relationships with investors from initial contact to closing, negotiating offers, securing agreements, and ensuring smooth escrow closings. This role demands strong sales skills, relationship management, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with property buyers/investors, provide property details, build rapport, and gather their investment criteria and initial offers.
• Manage property access for tours, coordinate with team members, and maintain organizational efficiency.
• Negotiate purchase terms, handle objections, and close deals effectively, aiming for the highest possible prices.
• Actively reach out within our investor network to find suitable buyers, re-engage past investors, and generate deals.
• Maintain consistent communication with buyers, provide updates, and coordinate with team members.
• Use Monday.com CRM to track leads and investor information accurately and efficiently.

About The Founders: Work directly with industry leaders Jordan Wise and Daniel Newman, gaining insights from their extensive experience in real estate, technology, and business scaling.
