The Atlas Portfolio is seeking a results-driven closer to lead the full cycle of off-market property acquisitions in Colorado. You will underwrite deals, present them to investors, and negotiate terms to close on time, while building and owning a robust Colorado buyer network.

The Atlas Portfolio is on a mission to help people out of bad situations with the best possible outcome. Every contract our acquisitions team signs is a promise to a seller, and we’re looking for a closer who makes sure we keep it.

This isn’t a role for someone who punches a clock and waits to be told what to do. It’s for an A-player who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and gets deals across the finish line. You’ll take off-market properties from signed contract to closed sale. That means underwriting each deal, putting it in front of the right investors, negotiating terms, and making sure every closing happens on time. You’ll build and own our buyer network across Colorado, and your income will reflect your effort, not someone else’s ceiling.
