Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP invites a Managing Director to join its Digital Transformation Practice focused on Real Estate. You will lead market and client engagements, shape transformation strategy, and mentor a talented team of professionals across disciplines.

The role requires 15+ years of senior technology leadership in real estate, plus 5+ years supervising teams, and a background as Partner/Principal or Managing Director in a professional services firm.

Qualifications

Fifteen years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital organizations in real estate.
Five+ years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
Previous experience as Partner/Principal or Managing Director within a professional services firm.
Executive-level fluency in strategic planning and information system design for large transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Advance business development objectives to grow Baker Tilly Digital in Real Estate through networking and alliance sales.
Lead a team of Baker Tilly and client resources through definition and delivery of transformation projects.
Develop, manage, and measure project approaches aligned to implementation phases (analyze, design, build, test, deploy).
Network and build relationships with clients and external partners to acquire new projects and revenue.
