Baker Tilly International is seeking a Managing Director to lead Digital Transformation for Real Estate. You will guide strategy, manage large-scale transformation programs, and partner with C-suite leadership to deliver value through technology and process change.

The role demands extensive senior leadership, client engagement, and a track record of building high-performing teams across a professional services environment. National travel may be required as client engagements dictate.

Qualificações

• Fifteen years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital/product organizations in Real Estate.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Previous experience as a Partner/Principal or Managing Director within a professional services firm.

Responsabilidades

• Advance Business Development objectives to grow Baker Tilly Digital in Real Estate through networking and alliances.
• Collaborate with Firm Industry Leaders to build and execute the Digital Transformation strategy for Real Estate.
• Lead a team through definition and delivery of transformation projects, including business processes and technology implementations.
• Develop and measure project approaches and long-term roadmaps for large-scale solutions delivered via multiple projects.
• Network to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue and mentor staff to meet professional goals.
