Job summary

Jubilee Housing in Washington, DC seeks a Real Estate Development Project Manager to guide development from conception to turnover, coordinating land use, financing, and schedule management.

You will work with a motivated team to prepare budgets, bids, and documents, while partnering with lenders, legal counsel, and community stakeholders.

The role requires LIHTC and multi-family experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across a dynamic portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in construction management.
• 2 years in multi-family or mixed-use construction.
• LIHTC experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with subsidies (tax-exempt bonds, NMTCs, Historic Tax Credits, AHP) a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up project folders, budgets, schedules, logistics plans and reports.
• Support land use coordination, financing, and bidding processes.
• Prepare pro forma budgets and operating budgets.
• Assist with RFQ/RFP responses and community preparations.
• Coordinate financing with lenders and legal counsel.
• Attend site visits and prepare market reports and rent analysis.
• Track timelines and ensure timely project closeout.
