Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in organizational development, learning, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership programs for diverse levels of leadership.
• Nonprofit or healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and clinical education needs in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a system-wide learning strategy aligned with WesleyLife’s mission and goals.
• Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs for all leadership levels.
• Oversee clinical education programs including CNA training and mentoring initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the Relias LMS for engaging, compliant training.
• Support performance management tools, goal setting, and development planning.
• Track and report talent metrics to measure program effectiveness.
