Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead complex projects with a focus on delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. The role requires 7+ years in project management, PMP or equivalent, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

You will manage planning, budgeting and scheduling, overseeing budgets and timelines while guiding project teams to successful outcomes. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects.
