The role offers growth to lead projects independently, with responsibilities spanning schedule management, invoicing, and reporting while collaborating with senior development staff and deal makers.

Qualifications

• One to four years of commercial real estate development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, urban planning, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Track tasks and deadlines across multiple projects from contract through turnover.
• Coordinate due diligence, entitlements, and permitting with engineers, attorneys, and staff.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships and project invoices.
• Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports and maintain schedules.
