Qualifications

• 3–5 years in real estate development, including affordable and multifamily housing.
• College degree required; strong academic background.
• 3+ years in complex urban multifamily development.
• Experience with conceptualizing and site planning of multifamily developments.
• Experience across all phases from site control to stabilization.
• Experience developing community outreach and relationships with civic leaders.
• Real estate finance expertise in rental and LIHTC.
• Pro forma modeling and presenting project case.
• Experience managing internal/external project teams.
• Ability to work with time-sensitive materials and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project inception and feasibility activities with development team.
• Coordinate entitlement process and planning approvals.
• Oversee design and construction coordination with GC and consultants.
• Manage budgeting, pro formas, and financing applications.
• Ensure alignment with BRIDGE standards and long-term viability.
• Supervise Project Administrator as assigned.
