With 6+ years in real estate development and a track record of managing complex portfolios, you will coordinate across design, permitting, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Our client offers a base salary up to $150K depending on experience, plus a strong performance-based bonus, benefits, and 401K.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in real estate development.
• Experience managing projects from planning and entitlement through groundbreaking.
• Architectural background is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive development projects from initial planning through to groundbreaking.
• Coordinate with design, permitting, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to project pipeline growth and strategic planning for Southeast Florida developments.
