Leeds Professional Resources is seeking a Director of Development for a large-scale, ground-up mixed-use project in South Florida. The role reports to ownership and coordinates with architects, consultants, contractors, and other partners from design through construction.

The position is full-time and based in the company’s Fort Lauderdale office, with responsibility across residential, hospitality, and commercial components.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture is required.
• Experience in architecture before transitioning to real estate development or owner‑side leadership.
• Ground‑up development and construction experience.
• Experience leading large, complex residential/hospitality/mixed‑use projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong understanding of design, docs, constructability, scheduling, and execution.
