Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of five (5) years in commercial, mixed‑use, or multifamily real estate development
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD programs, and mixed‑finance structures

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement real estate development and asset repositioning strategies
• Participate in asset valuations, hold/sell analyses, and redevelopment feasibility studies
• Structure and negotiate transactions leveraging LIHTC, tax‑exempt bonds, grants, and other funds
• Identify and secure financing including LIHTC equity, debt, and grants
• Coordinate due diligence across legal, environmental, and land-use matters
• Manage entitlement and approvals at federal, state, and local levels
