Qualifications

• Affordable housing development experience (required).
• Funding applications, grants, loans, and public financing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a pipeline of approximately 20 projects while managing a team of project managers and development professionals.
• Lead a growing portfolio of affordable housing projects throughout Northern California.
