Finance and Lending Experience :

• Experience representing institutional and non-traditional lenders in connection with the documentation of their financing transactions.

Loan Experience:

• Experience working with syndicated credit facilities, participated credits, equipment loans, working capital loans, energy loans and asset-based loans helpful.

Strong academics:

• Candidates should have strong academic credentials.

Writing skills:

• Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
