Job summary

Larry H. Miller Real Estate is seeking a Commercial Development Intern for Summer 2027 in Sandy, Utah. This on-site, part-time role runs May 10, 2027 – August 6, 2027 at $22/hour (25–29 hours/week).

You will support the Commercial Real Estate team with financial analysis, market research, and development-related tasks. Ideal candidates are ambitious, organized, and able to work independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
• Preferred majors are business, finance, accounting or real estate development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project research and strategic business planning around current and future LHM developments.
• Financial and market analysis.
• Participate in development meetings and offer recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
